Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cups of water
- 1 Cup brown rice
Recipe
- Bring water to boil.
- When water starts boiling add table salt (according to the taste), brown rice, cover and reduce to simmer.
- Simmer for 45 minutes without opening the pot lid.
- After 45 minutes turn off the stove and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Don't open the pot lid before 15 minutes.
- Open the pot and enjoy perfect brown rice.
