Ingredients 2 1/4 Cups of water 1 Cup brown rice Recipe Bring water to boil. When water starts boiling add table salt (according to the taste), brown rice, cover and reduce to simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes without opening the pot lid. After 45 minutes turn off the stove and let sit for 15 minutes. Don't open the pot lid before 15 minutes. Open the pot and enjoy perfect brown rice.
